Meera Jee After Return From India To Her "CONTREE"

Poor Meera Jee. Nobody leaves her alone, even in her own "con-tree". How patriotic does she have to be to return to her own "con-tree" even after fatwas were issued against her by the maulvis!!

This interview at the airport even inspired an Indian movie director to use the character in "Salaam-E-Ishq" in 2007. Of the six stories in the movie, one is about a starlet hungry to make it big in Bollywood, hatching up a publicity stunt which backfires - the Kamini-Rahul story.
